Book A Discovery Call
Please visit our website and navigate to the "Contact Us" section to submit a form for a discovery call. Once we have gathered the necessary information from you, we will provide you with an estimate. If the pricing is acceptable to you, we will proceed to schedule a walk-through and a staging date. Once the final price has been determined, we will send you an agreement and invoice.
WALK THROUGH

As a home stager, we conduct walk-throughs to assess the property's condition, discuss your staging goals, and note the layout, size, and style of the property. This process also involves identifying potential areas for improvement and discussing the target market and specific property features to highlight. The walk-through provides valuable insights to inform the staging plan, including furniture placement, decor, and any necessary repairs or updates, and allows me to offer recommendations to enhance the property's appeal to potential buyers or renters. Ultimately, the walk-through is a collaborative process that helps me understand your needs and vision, allowing me to develop a tailored staging strategy to maximize the property's marketability.

Staging Day
As a home stager, staging day is an exhilarating and fast-paced experience that begins with an early morning assessment of the property and finalization of the staging plan. My team and I work together to declutter and depersonalize the home, removing personal items and excess furniture to create a clean and neutral canvas. Subsequently, we meticulously arrange the staging furniture and accessories, strategically placing each item to accentuate the home's best features and cultivate a warm and inviting ambiance. We meticulously consider details such as lighting, flow, and focal points to ensure that each room exudes its utmost appeal. Throughout the day, we continuously tweak and refine the staging to ensure that every room appears flawless. We also conduct any necessary touch-ups and cleaning to ensure the home is impeccably prepared for potential buyers to view.
